This fast and simple cold cappuccino pre-workout drink is going to set you on fire in the gym, without leaving you holding your stomach or running to the bathroom. We suggest you use our Savagely Strong coffee to make the cold brew before hand. Steep for 12 hours for medium grind, or 16-18 hours for coarse grind.
8oz. cold brew coffee
4oz. creamer (we used coconut creamer from Trader Joe’s)
1 teaspoon micronized creatine monohydrate
1/4 teaspoon beta-alanine
Whisk device like the Aerolatte, or a blender.
