Japanese Ice Pour Over Brew Method

Cold brew coffee can often leave out many of the amazing flavors you would taste with hot coffee.  Japanese Ice Pour Over captures the flavors of hot coffee, while eliminating the bitterness of traditional "iced coffee".

Cliff notes: Take 1/2 the water you would usually brew with, and replace it with ice in the brewing vessel.  You can easily perform this method on a regular coffee drip machine!
